Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for internal employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage help desk tickets using ticketing systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow
- Document IT processes, solutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security protocols
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in IT projects to enhance organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
