Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our 2026 business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends, including generative AI, advanced robotics, and edge computing, to identify actionable opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into clear business strategies for executives and investors.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the viability of new technologies and propose pilots or proof-of-concepts for 2026 deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to ensure Nexus Horizon maintains a technological advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers focused on long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps for major product launches or corporate pivots.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT) and their business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
