Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in climate tech, neuro interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders using data visualization and scenario modeling
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-focused projects
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies or frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or similar foresight methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Experience leading high-budget R&D initiatives ($5M+ scale)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
