Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, integrating cutting-edge advancements in Deep Learning and Autonomous Systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and model inference to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into viable business solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
