What You'll Do:
As a Future Tech Strategist, your mission is to anticipate trends and translate them into strategic advantage. You will own the technology vision for our upcoming product lines and ensure our operational frameworks align with the demands of the year 2026.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving our 2026 vision, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to assess their viability and potential impact on our business model.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives and revenue goals.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnerships that align with our long-term strategic vision for the 2026 timeframe.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize R&D spend by prioritizing high-impact projects that promise the highest return on investment for the future.
- Digital Transformation: Spearhead the adoption of new digital tools and platforms to modernize our internal operations and external customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to executive audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic frameworks certification is a plus.
