Job Description
At Horizon Dynamics, we don't just forecast the future; we engineer it. As we accelerate toward the pivotal year of 2026, we are redefining the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum-Computing integration. We are seeking a visionary Senior Principal Engineer: 2026 Future Tech to lead our flagship initiative in autonomous, sentient systems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and applied machine learning, building the infrastructure required for the next decade of human-machine symbiosis. You will not be maintaining legacy systems; you will be architecting the foundational layers of the 2026 technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, self-evolving AI frameworks designed for the 2026 era, focusing on Neural Interfaces and AGI.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, quantum researchers, and deep learning engineers to push the limits of compute.
- Define the technical roadmap for hardware-software co-design, optimizing for post-silicon architectures.
- Ensure robust ethical AI governance and safety protocols for high-stakes autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with global R&D partners to standardize emerging communication protocols for the IoT of tomorrow.
- Drive innovation in energy-efficient computing to support the demands of next-gen AI models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or Quantum Physics.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with specific expertise in Transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience with quantum simulation tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum-classical hybrid algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Deep understanding of edge computing, edge AI, and federated learning architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex future-tech concepts to executive stakeholders.
