Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based frameworks for 2026+ technological adoption and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on future disruption opportunities
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions aligned with future landscapes
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
