Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives to achieve carbon-neutral operations by 2026
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Experience with sustainable tech frameworks and ESG compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA required
