Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Conduct advanced research in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Translate complex research concepts into scalable, production-grade software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Establish technical best practices, code reviews, and standards for the AI research team.
- Present technical findings, prototypes, and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a research environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and data pipelines.
