Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the core technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- System Design: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and R&D leads to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system metrics and implement optimizations to enhance latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing systems on AWS or Azure with containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
