- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market demands.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to forecast technological shifts and prepare our infrastructure accordingly.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and research institutions focused on 2026-era tech.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineering leads on future-proofing practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, software architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and their ethical implications in future work environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Experience with Agile and iterative development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
