Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 5-year tech landscape shifts
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with commercial potential
- Establish KPIs to measure progress toward 2026 strategic objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or tech innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (3-5 year horizon)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
