Responsibilities

- Facilitate innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions with global stakeholders

- Monitor and evaluate strategic foresight program effectiveness against KPIs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex multi-domain information into actionable strategies
