Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D budgets for future tech initiatives
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in experimental methodologies
- Author whitepapers on tech ethics and regulatory frameworks for 2026 compliance
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU quantum consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least three enterprise-scale future-tech projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy from Singularity University required
