Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks and implementation plans for future-facing technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate adoption of emerging solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
