Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for large-scale language models and generative AI systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for model training pipelines, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency to support real-time applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models at scale in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
