Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, setting architectural standards and best practices.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI research into production-grade applications to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and resource utilization to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 launch cycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in novel ways.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
