- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and edge deployment to ensure high performance on constrained hardware.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Experience with quantum computing interfaces is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
