Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology strategy, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to determine strategic fit and implementation potential.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure access to the best tools for the 2026 roadmap.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for large-scale technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and enterprise software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into successful technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term solutions and scalability.
