Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish long-term technical goals and strategic initiatives for emerging AI technologies.
- Design Scalable Architectures: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Pioneer New Technologies: Research and prototype novel algorithms in NLP, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Agents to stay ahead of the competition.
- Optimize Model Performance: Drive the optimization of inference speeds and resource efficiency for deployed machine learning models.
- Build a High-Performance Team: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive leadership and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams through complex architectural decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
