What You Will Do
As a Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into our core product ecosystems. You will work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to define roadmaps that ensure our company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing concepts.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.
- Ensure robust security, scalability, and performance standards across all new initiatives.
- Represent the technical department in high-level corporate strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and their practical business applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is required.
