Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI models and quantum algorithms optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers in researching, prototyping, and validating novel technologies in machine learning and distributed systems.
- Integration Strategy: Develop architectural frameworks that seamlessly integrate legacy systems with futuristic quantum computing protocols.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system efficiency, reducing latency and maximizing throughput for large-scale data processing.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead role focusing on AI or distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; familiarity with Qiskit or Cirq for quantum simulation.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and design robust systems under pressure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and driving project delivery from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
