Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through data-driven reports
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments and accelerate time-to-market for breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight, Strategic Innovation Management, or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementation or published futurist research
