Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech evolution
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural network governance
- Partner with governments and NGOs to establish global tech policy standards
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published research or patents in future technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- PhD or equivalent in technology, philosophy, or futures studies preferred
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and unintended consequences
