- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for the company's growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their integration into core infrastructures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth startup or enterprise environments.
- Experience with Quantum Computing principles or a demonstrated aptitude for rapid learning in cutting-edge fields.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
