Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Resolve complex technical issues for remote employees across international time zones
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and documentation
- Manage system backups, patches, and scheduled maintenance windows
- Provide exceptional remote technical support via ticketing systems
- Document incident reports and maintain operational knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis expertise
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
