Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming technology cycles, identifying trends that will drive business growth.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and prototype applications for next-gen technologies (e.g., AGI interfaces, Sustainable Tech stacks).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate abstract visions into executable code.
- Risk & Performance Management: Oversee system integrity, security protocols, and performance optimization for future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectures accordingly.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
