Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate decision-making
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future tech paradigms
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Published research or patents in exponential technology domains
