Responsibilities

- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and neural networks.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader software ecosystems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior developers in advanced AI techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
