Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI-driven scalability and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture and design of high-performance cloud-native systems using microservices and serverless computing.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into core products to enhance user experience and automation.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Edge Computing) and assess their feasibility for immediate implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all deployed environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in building distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
