Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum-ML convergence and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen sustainable computing solutions targeting 95% energy reduction
- Collaborate with global teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies in sandbox environments
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers in future tech methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth potential
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or corporate innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
