Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Lead the implementation of schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt configurations to maximize indexability.
- Analyze site architecture to improve user experience and search engine crawling efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure clean code implementation and proper redirect strategies (301/302).
- Monitor core web vitals and implement technical fixes to achieve a Google PageSpeed score of 90+.
- Conduct competitor technical analysis to uncover opportunities for organic dominance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and SEO reporting tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (SSR/SSG).
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, or custom CMS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
