Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-neural networks capable of autonomous decision-making in unstructured environments.
- Design and implement scalable microservices for the 2026 global logistics infrastructure.
- Lead the migration of legacy silicon-based systems to photonic and quantum computing architectures.
- Establish protocols for AI safety, alignment, and ethical governance.
- Prototype and validate predictive models for climate adaptation and urban expansion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including neuroscientists, physicists, and UI/UX designers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and the societal implications of advanced technology.
- Ability to think abstractly and solve novel problems outside of established paradigms.
