Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Innovation Prototyping: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies to validate feasibility and scalability before full deployment.
- System Integration: Architect seamless integration layers that connect legacy systems with next-gen technologies, ensuring data continuity and interoperability.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of visionary engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear business strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous technical due diligence to mitigate risks associated with adopting emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and translating them into actionable business roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
