Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems specifically engineered for 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives focused on Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum computing integration.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring our stack remains future-proof against rapid technological evolution.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic visions into deployable, high-performance code.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-frequency trading and real-time data processing environments.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with quantum algorithms or hybrid classical-quantum architectures is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
