Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns business objectives with emerging technologies.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 integration for the 2026 release cycle.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable systems that support future growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for the 2026 roadmap.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for the 2026 market landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience in anticipating industry shifts and adapting architectures accordingly.
