Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026-ready AI products and infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- R&D Management: Oversee research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve system latency, throughput, and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
