Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a clear, actionable strategic roadmap for the organization leading up to the year 2026, including key milestones and KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global markets, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies (specifically AI and automation) to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the creation of long-term business plans that align with the company's mission and financial goals for the future.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations leaders to ensure alignment across all departments regarding the 2026 strategy.
- Innovation Management: Champion innovation initiatives and pilot programs that test new concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in the future market and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
