Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities and technological inflection points
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, sustainability, and digital ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Present forward-looking frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic objectives

- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
