Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement high-availability, scalable architecture for our next-generation platform, specifically tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies, including predictive AI models and decentralized systems.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
- System Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security First: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust. Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience working with bleeding-edge technologies, AI integration, or blockchain systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
