Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance on emerging platforms
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop proprietary quantum software frameworks for commercial applications
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from government and private sectors
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through cross-functional workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational theory
