Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis

- Translate future insights into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and immersive workshops
- Build and mentor a high-impact team of futurists and strategic analysts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports and strategic whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact on long-term strategy
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Experience managing high-budget strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
