- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategy for integrating Generative AI and autonomous agents into core business processes.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring data privacy and algorithmic fairness.
- Workforce Transformation: Lead the transition of roles and skill sets, creating upskilling and reskilling programs for employees entering the AI-augmented era.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the Future of Work vision, presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and board members.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging AI platforms and technologies, selecting solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Change Management: Oversee the cultural shift within the organization to foster adaptability and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation, with at least 3 years in an AI-related leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning workflows, and automation tools.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in navigating organizational change and overcoming resistance to new technologies.
