Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption and disruption readiness
- Present insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published research
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
