Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, integrating cutting-edge AI and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews to ensure system scalability, high availability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, R&D, and Executive Leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and future-proof our infrastructure.
- Drive the migration strategy to cloud-native architectures with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and quantum computing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
