Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain 3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build and manage a network of technology partners and research institutions
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends and their industry impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical background in market research and competitive technology analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
