Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and technological disruption
- Lead scenario planning for emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into core offerings
- Build and manage a network of industry disruptors, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and mentorship programs
- Monitor competitor innovation pipelines and identify strategic acquisition targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of executing large-scale transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation required
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication mastery
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
