Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready strategic reports and roadmaps quantifying future market impacts
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops on future readiness and adaptive strategy
- Monitor global disruptors (AI, climate tech, biotech) and recommend mitigation/opportunity strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or relevant innovation methodology (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
