Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market gaps
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Design and deliver immersive future-state workshops for client leadership teams
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend forecasting, or futurist consulting
