Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities in the Bay Area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop sales strategies.
- Track daily sales activities and update CRM systems accurately.
- Participate in weekly team training and development workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time in our San Francisco office.
